When sadness, depression or tragedy happens, it can be extremely hard to find motivation. Loss, separation or disappointment is a heavy load to carry, but if we take actions towards healing then we can be on our way to forgiveness and balance.
Working out, writing poems, talking to a therapist, or meditation are just a few examples of ways we can take steps to heal. Everyone heals differently, and I encourage you to find what works best for you.
Anytime I feel the need for motivation or inspiration, I reference quotes that help build my confidence.
