Hold up, today is Sunday and there is a blog post? Yup, there sure is!
Because Wednesday’s shouldn’t be the only day we motivate and encourage ourselves!
With this exciting news I wanted to share that, tomorrow (Monday) I will be starting “30 Days of Headspace.” Headspace is a meditation app that helps clear the mind.
“For thousands of years, meditators have claimed many benefits for their practice. Our experience, and that of Headspace members, suggests that regular mindfulness practice, through meditation, is an effective treatment for stress, worry, lack of focus, relationship problems, addictions and more. It leads to peace of mind and wellbeing, greater focus and creativity and better relationships.”
I’ve always wanted to add meditation to my lifestyle, but I had to find the best way that works for me. I like that Headspace talks me through the session and that the level 1 sessions are 10 minutes.
I have never consistently meditated and Im extremely excited to start this journey of mediation!
I will share an update article halfway through the month & my final thoughts regarding the app at the end of the 30 Days.
